The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring reliability and high-quality standards across operations by rigorously executing established Quality Inspection Systems and Procedures (SPI). This position requires an active, resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working directly on the shop floor to understand end-to-end processes. A key focus of this role will be driving innovation by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to optimize the analysis of packaging materials (such as toothpaste tubes and cartons) while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
Testing & Inspection Execution: Perform, interpret, and document quality control tests on raw materials, packaging, and finished goods according to technical procedures and specifications.
Data & Systems Management: Capture and analyze quality metrics accurately across core electronic platforms, including SAP, LIMS, and Opera.
Packaging Analysis & AI Integration: Oversee the quality standards of packaging materials (e.g., toothpaste lines) and implement AI tools to streamline inspections and data patterns.
Statistical Analysis & Reporting: Apply basic statistics and interpret control charts to identify trends, manage quality databases, and generate official Quality Certificates and compliance reports.
Shop Floor Supervision: Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to monitor compliance, identify root causes of deviations, and ensure correct alignment with internal guidelines.
Document Control: Utilize Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) effectively to update, track, and manage quality documentation and team presentations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field).

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar manufacturing operations or solid knowledge of quality control processes.

Languages: Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP.

Shift Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts.
AI Tool Integration: Familiarity or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence tools and data analytics frameworks applied to quality or image recognition.
Soft Skills: High level of resilience, a proactive attitude, and comfort working in dynamic manufacturing floor environments.
