This role will define with the Fashion Director the strategy and plan all the marketing management functions for Fashion in the Mexican Market. This is to be done within the guidelines and in conjunction with the Global and Regional Marketing strategies and direction.
To support long term Fashion business development through the definition and implementation of a client development strategy for the market, leveraging on client intelligence to design relevant client engagement journeys.
As part of the fashion team, you will infuse the standards of the House in term of client service and brand image across the organization. Equipped with strong communication skills, you will engage the relevant teams of experts and collaborate actively in building your activations collectively.
Key Responsibilities
Define the 360 plans for impactful collections from Shows to Boutique Launch, and for Campaign
Client Communication Plan across platforms and in. Strong collaboration with Communication team.
Yearly client event plan (events, CRM, Clienteling/ Media)
Boutique Relay and Staff Engagement
Feedback and ROI, Learning and Suggestion for future formats/pilots.
Ensure perfect local implementation of client events
Network of highly professional vendors and portfolio of venues
Event budget definition and strict monitoring incl. negotiation master
CSR champion
Governance with stakeholders (local/regional/global) & timeline management.
Build the strategy to recruit qualitative audience and develop client engagement to the Brand

Revise 3-year plan roadmaps (Brand & Client)
Optimize Advertising and Promotion Budget
Full ownership of the A&P budget and forecast in synergies with Communication team.
Proactive in revising plan in smart way with strong ROI mindset (control spending, optimize client engagement initiatives...) and raises any risk of over/under spending.
Set a governance for key projects with key stakeholders from business, communication, and finance – local and regional.
What are we looking for?
Academic / Professional Qualifications: master’s degree in marketing or post graduate equivalent degree
Tertiary Qualified in Business or Marketing related discipline.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing Plan and budget management.
Minimum 10 years previous marketing experience at Management level within the luxury brand market.
Strong creative & analytical skills, ability to evaluate multi-source data and draw global trends.
Client Relationship driven.
Passion for the Brand
Strong leadership and communication. An ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.
Ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels from Boutique to Top management, from local to global.
Fluency in English & Spanish is a must have, French is a plus.
