What We're Looking For:
As a Quality Technician at our Queretaro manufacturing site, you will be a crucial part of the team that guarantees the quality of Zebra products. You will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence by performing audits, inspecting products, and investigating nonconforming materials to ensure nothing but the best is shipped to our customers. This role is essential for upholding our quality standards and driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.
Drive product quality by conducting audits and inspections based on Zebra's established quality-assurance processes.
Investigate and analyze nonconforming materials, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
Escalate complex quality issues to management, providing clear data and recommendations to facilitate swift resolutions.
Interpret and apply specific technical requirements to ensure all products meet our high standards of performance and reliability.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at sustaining and enhancing overall product quality.
Minimum:
High school diploma or equivalent.
0-1 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to follow processes and technical guidelines with precision.
Preferred:
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking production environment.
Beginner-level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong teamwork, time management, and professional work ethic.
Proficiency in the local language (Spanish) and a fluent level of English (both written and verbal).
Como Técnico de Calidad en nuestra planta de manufactura en Querétaro, serás una pieza clave para garantizar la calidad de los productos de Zebra. Contribuirás directamente a nuestra reputación de excelencia realizando auditorías, inspeccionando productos e investigando materiales no conformes para asegurar que solo lo mejor llegue a nuestros clientes. Impulsar la calidad del producto realizando auditorías e inspecciones basadas en los procesos de aseguramiento de calidad establecidos por Zebra.
Investigar y analizar materiales no conformes, colaborando con proveedores y equipos internos para resolver problemas de calidad.
Escalar problemas de calidad complejos a la gerencia, proporcionando datos claros y recomendaciones para facilitar resoluciones rápidas.
Interpretar y aplicar requisitos técnicos específicos para garantizar que todos los productos cumplan con nuestros altos estándares de rendimiento y confiabilidad.
Contribuir a las iniciativas de mejora de procesos destinadas a mantener y elevar la calidad general del producto.
Mínimos:
Certificado de preparatoria o equivalente.
0 a 1 año de experiencia en un entorno de calidad o manufactura.
Habilidad demostrada para seguir procesos y pautas técnicas con precisión.
Preferibles:
Experiencia trabajando en un entorno de producción dinámico y multitarea.
Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Sólidas habilidades de trabajo en equipo, gestión del tiempo y ética profesional.
Dominio del idioma local (español) y nivel fluido de inglés (escrito y verbal).
