We're looking for an executive to run our delivery organization (~300 professionals) as a business unit — not just a portfolio of projects. You will own P&L, client relationships, and engineering quality across our most strategic financial services accounts, and you will lead the organization's shift to an AI-First engineering model.
This role requires someone equally comfortable in a boardroom steering committee, a commercial negotiation, and a technical architecture review.
What You'll Do
Run delivery as a business. Own the P&L for strategic accounts: gross margin, revenue forecasting, utilization, and workforce planning for a 300+ person organization.
Lead our top clients at the executive level. Serve as executive sponsor for Tier-1 banks and fintechs — QBRs, steering committees, escalations — and grow accounts through expansion opportunities and consistently high CSAT/NPS.
Drive commercial growth alongside Sales. Lead technical pre-sales: multi-million dollar RFPs, RFIs, estimations, and solution shaping.
Make AI-First engineering real. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development, delivery automation, and productivity measurement across all squads, building on Nova's Velocity platform. Anchor quality with standard SDLC governance and DORA-style metrics.
Protect the operation. Ensure delivery meets the regulatory, security, and compliance standards financial institutions demand — zero critical breaches is the bar.
Build leaders, not dependencies. Develop Directors, Delivery Managers, and Technical Leads into a scalable leadership bench with no single points of failure.
What You Bring
- 15+ years in technology consulting or software delivery, including 5+ years leading organizations of 200+ professionals.
- Deep banking / fintech / payments expertise, including familiarity with financial regulation and security standards in Latin America.
- Full P&L ownership of large delivery portfolios.
- A track record winning multi-million dollar RFPs through technical pre-sales.
- Strong grounding in modern engineering (cloud native, DevSecOps, event-driven architectures) and hands-on awareness of AI platforms for software development.
- Executive presence, strategic negotiation skills, systems thinking, and financial acumen.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
