Job Requirements
Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring operational and maintenance activities within the CSP area. This role ensures the efficient allocation of resources, materials, tools, and technical documentation required to support service execution and operational objectives.
The position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency by developing effective work plans, tracking progress, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring activities are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with company standards.
Work Experience
Required Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, maintenance coordination, production planning, or industrial operations.
- Experience working in manufacturing, steel, mining, heavy industry, or industrial services environments is preferred.
- Experience supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Familiarity with work order management and maintenance planning processes.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Understanding of continuous casting processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SAP PM or equivalent Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of inventory control and material management practices.
- Experience generating reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial maintenance planning or production scheduling.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Reliability methodologies.
- Intermediate English proficiency is considered an advantage.
