Support in all matters concerning users, hardware and software, covering the needs of users for the proper functioning of the systems.
REPONSABILITIES:
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Technical support to all users daily according to need and priorities.
- Ensure the proper functioning of computer networks.
- Perform effective diagnoses and apply appropriate solutions to failures.
- Administration of MS Office licenses.
- Administration of emails accounts.
- Administration of CCTV.
- IT Storage Inventory.
- Computers equipment inventory administration.
- Troubleshooting in software and hardware issues.
- Corporate projects follow up.
- Installation of structure cabling according to needs.
- Maintenance of Computers and IT equipment’s according to needs.
- Achievement of company objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Technician degree in Computer.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Supporting position.
- Advance Computer skills for proper user’s support.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) C1 level.
- Excellent communication skills.
