Equivity is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support leadership and departmental operations. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple ongoing projects, coordinating priorities across teams, tracking action items, and helping ensure that key initiatives and operational objectives move forward efficiently.
What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative and operational support to management.

Support onboarding and training of new team members, including coordination of training materials, schedules, and initial support.

Assist with departmental initiatives, special projects, operational processes, and ongoing administrative functions.

Assist with oversight and coordination of teams, including communication, task tracking, and follow-up.

Monitor ongoing projects, workflows, assignments, and action items to help ensure timely and accurate completion

Act as a resourceful problem solver by independently identifying issues, researching solutions, and taking initiative to move projects, initiatives and assignments forward.

Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree required.

At least 3 years of experience providing administrative, operational, project coordination, or team support to managers, executives, or professional teams.

Proficient written and verbal English communication skills (a language assessment will be conducted during the hiring process).

Strong comfort with technology and software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva, and other business applications.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support, guide, and coordinate teams in a professional and collaborative manner.

Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability.

Ability to learn and navigate case management systems, operational processes, and departmental workflows.

What we offer and other important information:

Monday- Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm or 8:00 am- 5:00 pm PST.

Salary: $30,000-$35,000 pesos per month (gross salary)
