Customer Service Representative - EFF
General Description:
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing the handling of all funding activities for a group of assigned accounts. Is also the main point of contact for our clients and are responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship.
- Works as part of a team in a fast-pace high impact environment, works to help grow the client relationship and is responsible for the day to day communication with them. Collaborates with credit, collections, operations and various internal departments to resolve clients issues or concerns
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and review funding requests for clients
- Review client performance and client analysis
- Manage client relationships
- Identify potential red flags and issues and communicate information to the Operations Manager.
- Provides superior customer service by phone and email in a timely manner.
- Accountable for retaining clients.
- Provide effective resolution to clients concerns.
- Ensure that clients are given the support that is needed on a daily basis
- Train clients on reports and systems.
- Making outbound and inbound phone calls
- Responding to client emails and inquiries
- Ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
- Developing new and existing relationships.
- Abilit to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Completion of weekly commitments and goals.
Qualifications / Skills
- Ability to quickly learn software systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple operating systems.
- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willing to be mentored and trained.
- Ability to be held accountable.
- Excellent customer service skills and phone mannerisms.
Work experience Requirements
- Prior business to business customer service experience
- Computer proficient and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing agendas
- Ability to self-manage and be proactive
Education, experience, and Licensing requirements
- High school diploma or similar.
- Bilingual
Working relationships:
- Credit, collections, operations and various internal departments
