We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with experience in L1 and L2 support levels, focused on end-user support, incident resolution, and IT infrastructure maintenance. This role is key to ensuring the continuous operation of IT services in a corporate environment.

Provide technical support to end users (L1 & L2) for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to infrastructure, networking, endpoints, and cloud services.

Manage user accounts and access control through Active Directory and identity management tools.

Strong knowledge of: Windows 10/11 and MacOS

Configure and support VPN connections and network connectivity (LAN/WAN, WiFi, firewall).

Provide on-site and remote support, including handling VIP users.

Manage and track tickets using ticketing systems, ensuring SLA compliance.

Escalate incidents based on priority and impact.

Administer endpoints using tools such as Intune / Endpoint Management (MDM).

Maintain up-to-date IT documentation (inventory, diagrams, configurations).

Support implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

Experience implementing and managing:MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Data encryption, Privileged access administration

Knowledge strong CCNA CCNP, and similar
