Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve problems.

Document processes, incidents, and solutions.

Collaborate in identifying improvements, especially focused on performance and backend process automation.

Participate in the development of enhancements and new features.

Share technical knowledge with other technical team members to accelerate the learning curve.
Technologies:
Languages and frameworks: Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Batch). Bases de dates: Oracle / SQL. DevOps y herramientas de integración continua: Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins. Requirements:

+ 4 years of experience in the technologies described.

Experience in backend process development and performance optimization in ETL and producer/consumer models is valued more than experience in generating APIs that only manage CRUD models for management applications.
English B2 level -
Bachelor’s Degree.
Nice to have skills:

Previous experience in technical development at ION Trading.

Functional knowledge from experience in banking and capital markets projects is highly valued.

Prior experience developing on the NOVA platform.

Proficiency in Python and PL/SQL.

Ability to work in agile environments.
