About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level AI Engineer with experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
This role focuses on developing AI-powered features, integrating large language models (LLMs), and building scalable ML pipelines to support product and business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain machine learning pipelines and model-serving infrastructure.
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into products and internal platforms.
- Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and optimize solutions based on data insights.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to develop AI-driven features.
- Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI solutions in production environments.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and generative AI concepts.
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience working with LLM APIs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and experiment tracking tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs or RLHF techniques.
- Background in NLP or computer vision projects.
- Experience contributing to open-source ML projects.
- Familiarity with vector databases and AI infrastructure tooling.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
