- Document qualified opportunities and submit them to the acquisitions team for review.
- Communicate next steps professionally with property owners, explaining that the acquisitions team will evaluate the property and follow up if an offer aligns with the company's acquisition strategy.
- Maintain organized follow-up activities while ensuring every qualified opportunity is accurately documented and routed for timely review.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and interactions
- Update lead statuses and acquisition notes within the CRM
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly outreach activity
- Manage follow-up schedules and seller touchpoints
- Ensure pipeline information remains organized and current
