Supplier Performance: Maintain an average supplier scorecard rating of 85% or higher across quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Corrective Actions (SCARs): Ensure 85% or more Supplier Corrective Action Requests are closed on time.
- Aging Non-Conformances: Keep fewer than 5% of material NCRs open longer than 60 days.
- Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ): Maintain COPQ at less than 0.8% of total spend (as defined internally).
- PPAP Quality: Keep PPAP rejection rate below 10% through strong supplier qualification and validation processes.

7+ years in quality management, including hands-on supplier quality leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and core quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP).
- Proven ability to lead supplier audits, corrective actions, and supplier development initiatives.
- Data-driven problem solver who can reduce defects, risk, and cost of poor quality.
- Confident decision-maker who holds suppliers accountable and drives performance improvement.
- Effective cross-functional leader who partners with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Clear communicator who can influence suppliers and report quality performance to leadership.
