Job Summary
Principal Architect role for an MNC requiring thirteen to fifteen years of experience in designing and governing large scale enterprise applications using Redis SQL and C sharp TAAS . The role is hybrid with day shift and no travel focusing on high reliability platforms that support critical business operations and deliver long term value to customers and society.
Responsibilities
Domain Experience- Availability
Design scalable cloud ready architectures that integrate Redis caching SQL data stores and C sharp services to deliver resilient and performant enterprise applications
Define target state application and data architectures that align with company technology strategy and enable sustainable growth across multiple business domains
Create detailed reference architectures and patterns for Redis usage including data eviction strategies and replication models that improve throughput and response times
Shape database designs using SQL with a strong focus on normalization indexing strategy and query optimization to achieve consistent low latency data access
Guide C sharp solution design by defining modular service boundaries interface contracts and error handling strategies that improve system maintainability and quality
Review critical design documents and code implementations to ensure architectural decisions are followed and potential risks are identified early in the delivery cycle
Collaborate with product engineering and operations teams to translate business requirements into clear technical roadmaps that are realistic measurable and outcome driven
Establish non functional requirements for performance security availability and scalability and ensure they are validated through rigorous testing and monitoring practices
Drive modernization initiatives by proposing incremental refactoring paths from legacy components toward Redis enabled and cloud compatible architectures
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on effective use of Redis data structures SQL stored procedures and C sharp frameworks to avoid bottlenecks and failure points
Develop governance practices for versioning configuration management and deployment pipelines that reduce release risk and improve overall system stability
Evaluate new tools and frameworks in the ecosystem around Redis SQL and C sharp and recommend adoption when they deliver clear value in reliability cost or developer productivity
Document architectural decisions trade offs and rationale in a clear and reusable way so future teams can extend systems without compromising quality
Align architectural solutions with the company mission by focusing on secure accessible and efficient systems that enhance customer trust and minimize environmental impact
Qualifications
Require extensive experience in designing distributed systems that use Redis as a central caching and message coordination component for high volume transactions
Require strong hands on background in SQL database design including schema modeling complex query tuning and planning for backup recovery and high availability
Require deep proficiency in C sharp application development covering object oriented design asynchronous programming and integration with modern frameworks and libraries
Require practical exposure to hybrid work delivery models leveraging remote collaboration tools and structured documentation to maintain clarity across teams
Require experience in defining and enforcing architectural standards coding guidelines and review processes to ensure consistent implementation quality across multiple projects
Nice to have experience in designing cloud native solutions on major providers using managed services that integrate with Redis SQL databases and C sharp based workloads
Nice to have familiarity with observability tools that capture metrics logs and traces enabling proactive detection of issues in Redis caches SQL databases and C sharp services
Nice to have exposure to security best practices including data protection access control and secure coding patterns relevant to Redis SQL and C sharp ecosystems
