At IAC Group, we are looking for a Jr. Quality Engineer focused on ensuring the quality of processes and products within an automotive manufacturing environment. This position will support the implementation, control, and continuous improvement of quality systems, as well as the resolution of internal and customer-related issues.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (internal and customer issues)
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (IATF)
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with control plans
- Participate in quality problem-solving activities (8D)
- Support the execution of internal and process audits (Layered Process Audits)
- Validate Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities
- Follow up on quality alerts and containment actions
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to prevent defects
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in quality (internships or entry-level experience)
- Intermediate English (preferred)
- IATF 16949
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
