The Manufacturing Engineer will conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and evaluate resource utilization (labor and equipment). Perform time measurements, process balancing, and productivity analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Lead and/or participate in Kaizen events focused on waste reduction, efficiency improvement, and process optimization. Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or delivery. Analyze existing production processes and ensure compliance with product specifications, enabling proper standardization. and Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams for continuous process improvement.
About Your Job:
Must have engineering experience related to Industrial Engineering fundamentals.
Knowledge of resource planning and calculation (labor, equipment, etc.).
Ability to identify operational needs based on demand and adjust resources accordingly.
Skilled in line balancing and adjusting resources (increase/decrease) based on production requirements.
About You:
Self-driven professional capable of working independently, with strong accountability and results orientation.
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, including 5S, Kanban, pull systems, quality, and poka-yoke.
Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to product specifications.
Mid-level engineer (3–5 years of experience).
Individual demonstrating growth potential and a willingness to engage in ongoing development.
