A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join its Supply Chain team.
Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient material flow, and compliance with safety and company standards. Supports operational goals by optimizing warehouse processes and ensuring the timely movement of materials.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.

Ensure the timely and accurate supply of materials to production, preventing line stoppages.

Coordinate the on-time movement and SAP registration of finished goods.

Manage the packaging, preparation, and shipment of finished products according to customer requirements.

Lead cycle count activities and support annual physical inventory processes.

Maintain warehouse organization through 5S standards, daily audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage warehouse layout, storage locations, and related documentation.

Oversee returnable packaging processes, including storage, cleaning, counting, and preparation.

Monitor warehouse KPIs and budget to support operational efficiency.

Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse personnel, including forklift certification compliance.

Ensure accurate SAP transactions and monitor key warehouse performance indicators.
Qualifications and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.

Experience with SAP WM/MM modules.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Knowledge of CTPAT requirements and implementation.

Forklift operation experience/certification.
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and team management abilities.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Knowledge of ISO 14001 and Health, Safety & Environmental standards.

Understanding of IATF 16949 and automotive quality management systems.
