We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst with deep expertise in Google Analytics and tagging to join our global team. In this role, you will collaborate with a wide variety of teams across the organization, acting as the subject matter expert who can confidently share insights, recommendations, and solutions without step-by-step guidance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a truly global environment are essential to success.
Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on Google Analytics and tagging, providing insights and recommendations across global teams

Dig deep into each property in Google Analytics to identify opportunities for reducing unidentified/not set traffic

Design and implement solutions to improve data accuracy, with a keen eye toward standardization across properties

Manage and optimize tagging implementations using Google Tag Manager

Collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional and global teams to align analytics practices

Share actionable recommendations and solutions with minimal step-by-step guidance from stakeholders

Support event routing and CRM tool integrations as part of a broader analytics stack
-
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the analytics workflow, expanding scope beyond GA as backlog is reduced

Ensure consistent data governance and reporting standards across all digital properties
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience in a web analytics or similar data-focused role
-
Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Proficiency in JavaScript

Knowledge of SQL

Familiarity with CRM platforms and event routing tools

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
-
Capability to act as a subject matter expert and drive solutioning independently

Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
