Junior Weaving Engineer (Entry-Level Opportunity)

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior Weaving Engineer to join a growing textile manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate looking to launch a career in advanced textile technology, industrial manufacturing, and production engineering.

Position Overview
The selected candidate will participate in a structured training program designed to develop expertise in advanced weaving equipment, production processes, quality standards, troubleshooting, and operational support. This role offers direct exposure to modern textile manufacturing technology and long-term career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive specialized training on advanced textile weaving equipment and production systems
- Assist with machine setup, calibration, adjustments, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform quality inspections and help identify and resolve production issues
- Learn and understand all aspects of weaving operations
- Provide technical support and guidance to weaving operators as experience develops
- Progress toward supporting production supervision and operational leadership
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering field preferred
- Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong academic background and demonstrated technical aptitude
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid engineering degree/diploma required (MUST)
- Valid U.S. tourist visa required

Compensation
Competitive full-time compensation: $19.50–$22.50 per hour (US Dollars)
(Approximately $40,560–$46,800 annually based on a 40-hour workweek), with opportunities for overtime and additional earnings.
