The Opportunity
Your Impact
Execute end-to-end payroll operations for the US portfolio, ensuring accurate data processing, compliance with payroll policies, and timely service delivery aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to validate inputs, resolve issues, and ensure audit-ready payroll processes while maintaining high standards of integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities are:

Execute payroll services for North America Sectors

Receive payroll inputs and validate requirements

Capture information in payroll systems
-
Ensure payroll accuracy through controls and data validation vs policies and regulations

Monitor case intake and release ensuring SLA compliance
-
Ensure customer service and SLA delivery standards
-
Escalate issues appropriately for resolution
-
Deliver services aligned with SLAs/KPIs
-
Maintain continuous communication with functional teams
-
Reconcile and document payroll processes for audit readiness
