Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Fluent in English
- One-year experience in a related office setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable personality
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management, and agents.
- Ability to independently solve problems and see them through to resolution.
Responsibilities will include
- Tracing container imports daily and updating operating system to reflect data
- Validate loads status to all load stages (pickup, transit, delivery)
- Create and maintain reports of load status
- Updating accounts and shipments with real time information
- Customer interfacing
