As a Production Manager, you will be primarily responsible for leading, planning, and optimizing the plant's manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with volume, quality, cost, and safety objectives. You will be in charge of directing multidisciplinary teams to maximize operational efficiency and drive a culture of continuous improvement on the production.

Requirements:
They are responsible for understanding, participating in, and ensuring the implementation of the ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 systems, as well as the Stellantis Manufacturing Quality Manual, Quality Management System (QMS), Global Requirements (Operational Standards), Regional Requirements (North American legal requirements), Procedures, Work Instructions, and internal formats (MSP), the Stellantis Production System (SPW), and any additional systems or initiatives the organization decides to implement.
They are responsible for complying with corporate and legal safety and health requirements within their area/scope of control and for ensuring that the workers under their supervision follow appropriate safety practices.
They are also responsible for implementing and participating in the ISO 14001 system, ensuring the safe final disposal of their waste, and maintaining environmental performance indicators.
Monitoring the performance of the areas through a detailed analysis of the indicators (OPE).
Subsequently, the development and implementation of plans and strategies to increase the efficiency of each production line (OPE).

a.- *Establishes objectives and strategies for the Production and Automation area to manage the system aligned with management guidelines. *Plans cost reduction strategies and coordinates implementation with ULs and automation specialists.
b.- *Coordinates activities to meet continuous improvement objectives through the "Ideas con Valor" system. *Coordinates activities for launching new projects and processes.
c.- Additionally, responsible for understanding and participating in the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001, SPW, and other systems and initiatives the organization decides to implement at SVAP
2 Operational
a.- *Coordinates activities to achieve SPW objectives. *Manages work relationships with suppliers for unit movement within the department as well as sequence and selection banks.
b.- *Responsible for making decisions related to the production schedule. *Applies environmental policies within the department.
c.- Promotes the implementation of Kaizen
3 Resource Management
