POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent of this position is responsible for logistics, managing 3PL, tranpsosts, import and, export. He/She works in strong collaboration with planning areas to ensure inventory level and have a significant influence over Perfect Order Results. He/She works in full collaboration with Sales and Operations teams to achieve excellent delivery levels.
POSITION DELIVERABLES
Effective deliveries plan.
Analyzes orders in MRP based in sales forecast, stocks, and parameters to ensure full deliveries.
Solve delivery issues
Execute purchase order of materials in the SAP system.
Coordination of logistics and 3PL suppliers
Iimport/export products
Coordinate and manage distribution of logistics services
Built relationship with customers, tollers, distributors, suppliers as trust advisor.
Supervise best practices between tollers and warehousing.
Develops and maintains KPIs tracking tools and performance reporting.
Communicates with suppliers and internal stakeholders on root cause analysis and resolution of quality, service, or other supplier performance issues.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemicals + logistics experience or Logistics + chemicals experience.
5+ yrs of experience on logistics, in a position where he/she had to look outside the company to find superior alternatives for logistics
Imports and exports knowledge
Advanced English level
