Are you a results-driven finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for process improvement?
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Leader to oversee collections, account reconciliations, dispute resolution, and team performance while supporting operations across the United States and Canada. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership in New York and contribute to strategic financial initiatives within a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Accounts Receivable professionals.- Oversee collections activities and account reconciliation processes.
- Manage payment discrepancies, disputes, deductions, and chargebacks.
- Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies to improve cash flow.
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve customer account issues.
- Track and analyze key AR performance metrics and recovery rates.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
6+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
Previous experience leading or supervising teams.
Advanced English (written and verbal) required.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
SAP experience preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with chargebacks, dispute resolution, and collections processes is highly desirable.
