How you’ll make an impact
- Lead manufacturing projects from planning through execution and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators
- Oversee equipment installation and support production line start-ups
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost
- Partner with teams to implement automation and technology solutions
- Resolve manufacturing and quality issues, driving corrective actions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Experience in manufacturing project management
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
