Inbound Sales Consultant (Remote - 1099 Contractor)
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for converting inbound customer calls into same-day sales. You will actively listen to customer needs, probe for key details, provide accurate pricing, confidently overcome objections, and close sales during the initial call whenever possible.
Success in this position requires comfort in a fast-paced sales environment, strong closing skills, and disciplined follow-up when a sale is not secured same-day.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our products/services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively close sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and overcome objections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Inbound calling experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Native Speaker
- Proven Call Center sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation and Upselling skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and Upselling skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline to work effectively from home.
- Access to a quiet work environment, a reliable internet connection, and a personal computer.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate $9 USD + a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performers.
- As a 1099 independent contractor, you will not be eligible for company benefits.
