We are building modern Kotlin-first native Android apps and need a Lead Android Software Engineer to guide delivery, quality, and performance. You will work closely with product, UX/UI, and backend engineers to ship scalable features, refine architecture, and keep releases running smoothly—apply now.
Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain high-performance native Android applications using Kotlin

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive, intuitive screens aligned with Material Design guidelines

Integrate the application with backend microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs to enable dynamic features and content

Write clean, maintainable, and testable codebases
-
Review code to uphold quality standards and spread knowledge across the team

Create unit and UI tests to keep the application stable and reliable

Evaluate performance to improve speed, battery efficiency, and memory usage

Coordinate preparation and rollout of application updates to the Google Play Store
Requirements
-
Proven hands-on experience building native Android applications for 5+ years
-
Strong proficiency in Kotlin with deep knowledge of the Android SDK
-
Solid background in modern Android architecture components and patterns such as MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture

Hands-on experience with Dependency Injection using Hilt/Dagger and Coroutines/Flow
-
Working knowledge of Android Studio, Gradle, and Git for day-to-day development

Practical experience implementing UI with Jetpack Compose or XML-based layouts

Proven ability to write tests using JUnit and Espresso

Comfort working in an Agile/Scrum setup and collaborating via Jira and Confluence

English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above
