Dental Care Mexico (DCM) — Hybrid (Remote + On-site at clinic)
About the Role
Dental Care Mexico (DCM) is looking for a motivated, personable Sales & Customer Service Representative to manage our patient leads from first contact through booked appointment. This is a hybrid role — most work is done remotely, with a few days per week required on-site at the clinic to coordinate with our team and support patients in person. BI-LINGUAL speaker a MUST
You'll be the first real conversation a prospective patient has with DCM: understanding their needs, educating them on our treatments, overcoming objections, and guiding them confidently toward booking their procedure. You'll work closely with our office manager and clinic owners to keep the sales pipeline moving and appointments running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound leads from Meta/Instagram ads, WhatsApp, our website, and dental advisor referrals — respond quickly and professionally to every new inquiry.
- Guide leads through the full sales process: qualify interest, answer questions, follow up consistently, and close bookings for consultations and treatments.
- Explain dental treatments clearly and persuasively, including veneers, crowns and bridges, dental implants, fillings, orthodontic aligners, and periodontal treatments — translating clinical details into benefits patients understand and value.
- Sell procedures, presenting pricing, financing/payment options, and packages, while addressing common concerns (cost, pain, travel logistics for out-of-town/out-of-country patients, etc.).
- Track every lead and interaction in our CRM (Salesforce), keeping records, stages, and follow-up tasks current and accurate.
- Coordinate appointments with the office manager and clinical team — scheduling consultations, confirming treatment dates, and managing calendar logistics.
- Support the office manager and owners with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to patient flow and sales reporting.
- Follow up post-consultation to convert undecided leads and maintain relationships with patients considering treatment.
- Represent DCM's brand with warmth, professionalism, and confidence in every interaction — phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient/client coordination — healthcare, dental, medical tourism, or a high-ticket consultative sales background is a strong plus.
- Comfortable selling and closing, not just answering questions — you're motivated by hitting targets and converting leads.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish required (many patients are English-speaking, based in the US).
- Organized and detail-oriented — comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups at different stages simultaneously.
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce experience a plus) and general comfort with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, scheduling tools, spreadsheets).
- Empathetic and patient-focused — able to build trust with people who may be nervous about dental procedures or costs.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting while still being a team player on clinic days.
- Willingness to commute to the clinic on scheduled in-office days.
Compensation
Base pay plus commission on closed treatments/procedures — high earning potential for strong closers. (Details to be discussed based on experience.)
Schedule
Hybrid: primarily remote, with [5] days per week on-site at the DCM clinic for team coordination, in-person patient support, and appointment management for the first 2 months with less days in person later on.
