Finance ManagerWhat We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial operations, ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth within a dynamic international environment.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Master’s Degree in Finance, Strategic Management, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
· Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience leading corporate finance functions.
· Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
· In-depth knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
· Proven experience in treasury management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital optimization.
· Solid background in financial audits, tax compliance, and internal control systems.
· Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, CargoWise, Yonyou, or similar financial management systems.
· Experience working within multinational companies and international business environments.
· Previous exposure to the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain industry is highly desirable.
· Advanced Spanish proficiency (required).
· Advanced Mandarin Chinese proficiency (required).
· Availability to travel as needed.

What We Offer
· Monday to Friday schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
· Competitive salary of up to $77,000 MXN gross per month, based on experience and qualifications.
