Auto Claims Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Auto Claims Supervisor to lead a team responsible for handling Auto Physical Damage (APD), Total Loss, Vehicle Appraisal, and Salvage-related claims operations. This role is responsible for supervising claims professionals, ensuring compliance with company standards, maintaining high-quality claim-handling practices, driving operational efficiency, and supporting team members' professional development.

3+ years of experience within the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry.

Strong background in: vehicle damage estimating, total loss claims, auto repair processes, vehicle appraisal.

Extensive experience handling Auto Physical Damage (APD) claims.

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within claims operations.

Advanced English Proficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of Material Damage Specialists, Vehicle Appraisers, Total Loss Adjusters, and Salvage Specialists.

Ensure timely and accurate handling of auto physical damage claims in accordance with company guidelines, service standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor claim quality, productivity, cycle times, and overall team performance.

Conduct file audits and provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.

Manage workload distribution and staffing resources to support operational objectives.

Oversee claim investigations, damage assessments, repair estimates, total loss evaluations, and salvage processes.

Ensure claim files are properly documented and maintained according to company policies and industry best practices.

Develop and maintain procedures and workflows that promote operational efficiency and consistency.

Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans to achieve department goals.

Collaborate with management on process improvements, quality initiatives, and operational enhancements.
