Job Description:
We are seeking candidates who are about to graduate or have recently graduated (within the past year) with degrees in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or related fields. This role offers direct exposure to sales and trading activities, supporting the front office across trade lifecycle management, market analysis, and client-driven deliverables.
Key responsibilities include assisting with trade booking and reconciliation across front office risk systems and back office sub-ledgers, while also partnering closely with sales and traders to support market color generation and client communication. The role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with derivative products and financial markets, contributing to both execution support and revenue-generating support activities.
Job expectations include delivering support for new products and initiatives, providing analysis, and producing Key Performance Indicator and Sales reporting, while actively contributing to the effectiveness of the trading desk through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish – business level communication
Supports sales and trading desks
Assists the front office with trade booking and ensures trades are captured accurately between front office risk systems and back office ledgers
Assists in client communication emails, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with desk views
Supports the maintenance and enhancement of databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools used by sales and trading teams
Develops cross-asset product knowledge by utilizing knowledge of financial instruments accounting
Partners with existing teams globally to achieve the best in class controls and practices in trade support
