We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer with experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence and Document Automation to join a strategic Document Understanding project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing LLM-based solutions for the intelligent processing and extraction of information from legal and financial documents, working with cutting-edge AI technologies and cloud platforms.
Design and implement AI solutions for intelligent document processing.
Develop information extraction pipelines using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Azure AI.
Integrate and optimize AI services with tools like Claude Code and cloud platforms.
Define quality standards, document architectures, and collaborate in agile teams.
Drive the evolution of the solution toward a robust, secure, and scalable production environment.
At least mid-level experience or 3 years of verifiable experience as an AI Solutions Engineer in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and/or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) projects.
Experience developing document automation solutions and structured data extraction.
Solid knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and the Microsoft Azure platform (Azure AI Content Understanding, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions)
Experience with Microsoft Graph API: SharePoint file discovery/download/metadata access.
Experience using Claude/Claude Code (Anthropic) or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Experience in designing architectures based on Generative AI.
Development skills with Python and/or C#.
Experience building and integrating data pipelines and cloud services.
Practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering for data extraction and classification.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Advanced conversational English (C1 or higher).
Implementation of Document Understanding solutions in regulated sectors (legal, financial, real estate, insurance, etc.).
Experience working with legal documents in English (deeds, liens, title reports, contracts, and closing documents).
Knowledge of handling confidential information and applying security and traceability controls.
Experience in projects where it is necessary to define model trust criteria and human review mechanisms.
Experience developing AI agents or pipelines using Claude Code or similar platforms.
