Job Description
Support Expeditors Mexico in reviewing international import freight transactions to ensure accurate billing, proper CFDI issuance, correct credit note processing, and compliance with SAT requirements. The position works closely with Air Import, Ocean Import, Billing, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable teams to help prevent revenue leakage, billing errors, and fiscal risk.
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Review Air and Ocean Import transactions and supporting documentation.

Validate consistency between shipment files, invoices, PDFs, and XMLs.

Verify proper CFDI issuance and SAT compliance for invoices and credit notes.

Identify billing discrepancies, timbrado issues, and potential fiscal risks.

Prepare exception reports, dashboards, and compliance tracking metrics.

Collaborate with Operations, Billing, and Accounting teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, International Business, Logistics, or related field.

Interest in Mexican tax compliance, international logistics, and billing processes.
