We are looking a dedicated and empathetic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the firm’s growth through innovative marketing and robust acquisition strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker who excels in bilingual, service-based environments. You will lead, mentor, and optimize the performance of our multidisciplinary teams—including Intake, Client Engagement, and Marketing—to ensure a seamless and world-class client journey.
Requeriments:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional Experience (MANDATORY) 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing and sales management, with a strong preference for candidates from the legal or professional services sectors.
- Leadership & Performance: Demonstrated track record of leading teams to meet or exceed KPIs, specifically within intake, lead conversion, or client engagement functions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in CRM management, marketing automation tools, and performance tracking platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- This is a 100% remote position
- Work schedule: Monday - Fridays, 7am - 4:30pm

Salary: $30,000 + monthly incentives (Depending of experience)
