The Strategy Intern will support the strategy team in the development and execution of business initiatives, financial analysis, and market research in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and client-facing projects while working closely with senior team members..
Job Responsibilities and Functions
Strategic Support
- Assist in the development and evaluation of strategic initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Support senior team members in analyzing internal and external data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and reports that summarize strategic insights and recommendations.
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Support the creation and maintenance of basic financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance tracking.
- Assist in analyzing financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Help translate quantitative data into clear insights for internal use.
Client & Stakeholder Support
- Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials, including financial analyses, market research, and strategic presentations.
- Support meetings with clients and internal stakeholders by preparing documentation and follow-up analyses.
- Learn to align strategic recommendations with client objectives under senior guidance.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support
- Support M&A-related tasks such as data gathering, preliminary financial analysis, and research.
- Assist with due diligence documentation and integration analysis under supervision.
Market Analysis & Research
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Organize and synthesize research findings into structured insights for the strategy team.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial analysis tools.
