We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Outbound Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility is to make outbound cold calls, engage prospects, clear objections, and successfully transfer interested leads to our licensed sales agents.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients using a structured script.
- Identify customer needs, pique interest, and qualify leads efficiently.
- Overcome objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude through daily rejection.
- Successfully transfer qualified, interested prospects to our internal sales team.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for call volume, talk time, and successful transfers.
- Accurately enter and update prospect information in our CRM software.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, cold-calling, inside sales, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred but not required—we will train the right personality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening skills, and a clear, professional phone presence.
- Resilience: A thick skin and a competitive drive to hit numbers despite hearing "no."
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to comfortably navigate a computer, dialer system, and CRM software.
Compensation & Benefits
