Role - Engineer and CNC Programing Supervisor
Location - Tijuana, BC
Over 3 to 5 years of experience is must and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- RouterCIM programming for production requirements
- Supporting the production team in resolving technical issues, challenges, and quick fixes
- Providing limited design and CAD detailing support, mainly for incorporation of locally purchased hardware into components
- Coordinating with the New Product Development team to incorporate new products into RouterCIM programming and introduce them to the Mexico production team
- Communicating with the Project Engineering team for project coordination and technical discussions
- Reviewing engineering drawings and reverting to the engineering team in case of discrepancies
- Meeting project deadlines through timely release of RouterCIM programs
- Participating in technical discussions, kickoff meetings, and providing engineering solutions for project execution

Experience:
- AutoCAD / Brics CAD 2D & 3D : 3 years (Preferred)
- Solidworks: 3 years (Preferred)
- Millwork or Cabinet industry : 2 years (Preferred)
