ASMCORP is one of the premier private aviation ground handling companies in Mexico and Latin America. We are presently seeking exceptional professionals to enhance and fortify our Operations Department at our headquarters in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. We are looking for highly skilled personnel for the position of Operations Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Communicate primarily in English with the Operations and Dispatch departments of our customers through email and telephone.
- Provide informed and professional responses to inquiries regarding our ground handling and associated services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and ensure their completion efficiently and punctually.
- Provide comprehensive support to customers in all their requirements.
Qualifications
- Computer knowledge, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Gmail.
- Basic aviation knowledge is preferable.
- Proficient understanding of the English language, coupled with strong communication and writing skills in this language.
- Exemplary telephone etiquette, accompanied by superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Willingness to continuously learn as aviation in Mexico and Latin America is continuously evolving.
- Availability of schedule as our shift schedule is based on a 4 On/4 Off scheme, with shifts operating from 08:00 to 20:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 of the following day.
- Work under pressure, on a peak day, we manage over 600 emails from our customers, with subsequent follow-up emails from their initial requests, while simultaneously overseeing more than 60 flights just in Mexico.
- Excellent teamwork skills are essential at ASMCORP, where we pride ourselves on maintaining the most robust Operations Department in the industry. The ability to develop strong work relationships with colleagues is a must.
