VA WORKS is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist as an Independent Contractor with hands-on experience in U.S. mortgage disclosures to support one of our growing clients.
If you have experience preparing disclosures and understand compliance timelines, this is a great opportunity to work remotely with an international team.
What You will Do

Prepare and send Initial Disclosures accurately and on time
- Handle Change of Circumstance (COC) re-disclosures
- Review loan files before sending disclosures
- Ensure compliance with TRID guidelines
- Work closely with Loan Officers and Processors to resolve missing information
- Track deadlines and maintain organized loan files

- Experience in U.S. mortgage disclosures (required)
- Experience using Encompass is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced English communication skills
