Guardian El Marques is currently seeking a Sr Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are interested in advancing their career. This position is responsible for leading the Warehouse team in maximizing long-term value creation around Safety, Compliance, Quality, Customer Service. This position is also accountable for providing leadership and demonstrating a clear commitment to continually improving operations and advancing the culture Principle Base Management.

What You Will Do
- Lead warehouse operations activities, driving focus on all elements of operational excellence, EH&S and compliance, Quality, Service.
- Promote our self-driven safety & quality culture.
- Foster a culture based on our Principle Based Management (PBM®) philosophy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Foster an open and empowering environment where ideas and challenges are welcomed.
- Develop and coach your direct reports to make the greatest contribution.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and transformation of the business.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Supervisor with experience in warehouses, supply and/or productions areas.
- Prioritize, develop, and execute strategies to mitigate risks based on likelihood and severity with the correct sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills to motivate people and collaborate with diverse areas across the organization.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement Events/Activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and maintenance teams.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial.
- Manufacturing experience - Experience in Glass Manufacturing is a plus
- Coaching skills
