Job Description
About the team:
ZF Production System Team is the one that always looks forward, clarify the route and makes things happen to improve the performance and competitivity of the company. The team consist in 4 ZFPS engineers and 1 ZFPS black belt, all men, assigned each one to a Process Group area and responsible for a ZFPS methodology deployment.
What you can look forward to as ZF Production System Intern:
Identify opportunities of improvement
Implement actions to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Follow up specific KPI’s
Develop and document CIS projects
Participate in Kaizen Workshops
Train key operators and engineers
Your Profile as ZF Production System Intern:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), desireble Power BI and Auto cad.
Basics Concepts of Mechanics, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
Basic Concepts of Industrial Engineering like Time and Motion Analysis, Ergonomics Analysis, Capacity Analysis, etc.
Required skills on Teamwork, Learning Fast, Proactive.
Preferred skills on Data Analysis, Organized
