MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Core Tools: APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plan.
- Interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances (GD&T).
- Strong execution and management of PPAP activities.
- Manage customer-specific requirements and ensure their effective implementation.
- Analyze customer complaints to develop countermeasures and implement corrective actions.
- Promote continuous improvement and the use of Lean tools during product planning.
- Release quality stations.
- Develop and implement quality controls for workstations (Poka-Yoke systems).
- Evaluate prototype phase deliverables.
- Develop PPAP documentation.
- Follow up and develop Safe Launch Plans.
- Release Visual Aids.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field completed.
- Experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Core Tools: APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plan.
- Knowledge of customer-specific requirements for KIA, Hyundai, and FORD.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Leadership and proactive attitude.
