To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an Industrial Engineer located in Guadalajara, North.
Reporting to the Industrial Engineering Manager, this role is primarily focused on Installation and New Product Introduction.
What a typical day looks like:

Partner with Manufacturing, Process, and other engineering teams to coordinate improvement actions that increase capacity, remove bottlenecks, and sustain operational gains.

Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows, labor performance, and line balance.

Coordinate installations for new projects and expansion initiatives, ensuring readiness of layouts, resources, and labor capacity to support business growth.

Generate Analysis Projection of electrical power supply
-
Generate Analysis Projection of Square feet.
-
Generate GAND for following the installation readiness with CFT.
-
Ensure building maintenance support.
-
Generate and follow up of purchasing orders.
-
Generate Layout design projection (AutoCAD)
-
Drive capacity studies and operational readiness plans to ensure the plant can support current demand and future business requirements.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Advanced English level.
-
Experience in capacity analysis, space planning, and operational readiness within a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of electrical power capacity, utility requirements, and facility readiness to support manufacturing installations.
-
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to support equipment installation, plant expansion, or new project implementation.
-
Experience creating project timelines, tracking milestones, and following up with cross-functional teams to ensure installation readiness.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies; Green Belt certification is a plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, layout design, equipment moves, and support for new project installations and plant expansion activities.
