ES Oracle Cloud Lead

Salary: $100,000 MXN gross/month

We are looking for a highly experienced ES Oracle Cloud Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud CPQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional consulting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead enterprise CPQ initiatives from design through production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage Oracle Cloud CPQ functionalities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to CPQ processes.
- Prepare Functional and Design Documents.
- Design workflows, rules, and configurations aligned with business needs.
- Present and demonstrate new Oracle Cloud CPQ features introduced in quarterly updates.
- Validate end-to-end business processes following quarterly releases.
- Provide functional input for Automated Functional Test Case design.
- Share and implement AI capabilities available in Oracle Cloud CPQ.
- Participate in building AI agents using Oracle Agentic AI Studio.
- Analyze and integrate Oracle Cloud CPQ with external and internal applications.
- Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deliver end-user training and create supporting documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations.
- Participate in all project phases, including:
- Project Preview
- Fit/Gap Analysis
- Configuration
- Testing
- Production Support
- Provide regular project status and issue reports to project managers and clients.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud CPQ Functional Consultant.
- Experience in at least two Oracle Cloud CPQ implementation or support projects.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end CPQ business processes.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication and training abilities.
- Oracle CPQ Cloud Certification preferred.
