MX CCS and Euro Style are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to support our growing ecommerce operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their ecommerce career who wants to develop deep platform expertise and sharpen their analytical skills. You’ll work closely with the ecommerce team and cross-functional partners to keep our listings accurate and up to date, manage day-to-day operational tasks, handle portal ticketing and issue resolution, and support reporting across the channel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives on accuracy, and looks for ways to improve processes rather than just maintain them. Familiarity with machine learning tools, or curiosity to learn how they can streamline catalog and data tasks, is a strong plus.
ESSENTIAL job duties & responsibilities
Catalog & Listing Maintenance
· Update and maintain product listings across ecommerce partner portals, ensuring accurate pricing, product descriptions, attributes, and imagery
· Upload and manage SKUs across multiple ecommerce partner platforms (e.g., Wayfair, Amazon, etc.), ensuring listings are correctly mapped and synced
· Coordinate with marketing and product teams to gather updated assets and push new content to partner portals in a timely manner
· Maintain catalog hygiene—catch and correct data errors, missing fields, and outdated information across all managed listings
· Support the A+ content and enhanced listing process
· Implement and monitor pricing and promotional updates across partner portals; QA pricing and promotions post-launch to confirm accuracy
Ticketing & Issue Resolution
· Serve as the team’s primary point of contact for portal ticketing—managing disputes, damage claims, return requests, and compliance tickets across platforms
· Track ticket resolution timelines and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate manager or partner contact
· Monitor and respond to portal alerts related to listing suppression, compliance flags, or pricing errors
Reporting & Data
· Maintain and distribute monthly ecommerce reporting including SKU-level performance, customer-level results, and overall channel metrics
· Ensure data accuracy across reporting—flag discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them
· Submit inventory updates to retail partners on a regular cadence to ensure stock availability is accurately reflected
Operations & Team Support
· Stay current on account policy changes, portal updates, and ecommerce industry trends; share relevant updates with the team
· Assist in documenting and improving ecommerce workflows and SOPs
· Manage a small set of secondary accounts independently, handling listings, inventory, and basic issue resolution
Qualifications required:
· 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, merchandising, marketplace management, or a related role; furniture or home goods industry experience preferred
· Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable working with large data sets and maintaining reporting accuracy
· Exceptional attention to detail—you catch errors others miss and take pride in data accuracy
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
· C1-level English (near-native) — clear, professional written and verbal communication skills required for cross-portal and cross-team coordination
· Collaborative, low-ego mindset—you pitch in wherever needed and communicate proactively
· Interest in developing analytical skills and growing within an ecommerce team
· Familiarity with at least one ecommerce vendor portal (Wayfair Partner Home, Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central, etc.) strongly preferred.
