Job responsibilities:
·Serve as the primary legal point of contact for internal business clients across Latin America (LATAM), providing practical and business-oriented legal counsel.
·Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and business objectives.
·Advise on commercial law, compliance, privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, and regulatory matters, while identifying and mitigating legal risks.
·Review advertising campaigns, marketing materials, e-commerce initiatives, and consumer communications to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
·Coordinate and manage external counsel, support corporate governance activities, and oversee regional legal matters.
Lead or contribute to regional legal projects that strengthen compliance, risk management, and business continuity across LATAM.
Requirements:
·Minimum 3 years experience in corporate counsel,
·Bachelor´s degree in Law.·English Advance (written and spoken).
·Knowledge: Commercial Contracts, Comparative Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, Data Privacy and Personal Data Protection, Direct Selling Law and Consumer Protection Law.
·Skills: Time management, negotiation-oriented, team player, and accurate document analysis. Integrity and accountability, assertive communication, internal customer focus, ability to synthesize Information and attention to detail
Sueldo: $36,500.00 - $45,500.00 al mes
