As a Supply Network Planner, you will play a critical role in connecting demand with supply across a complex, global network. You will look ahead, anticipate risk, and partner across planning and operations to ensure customer demand is met while supporting strong business and inventory outcomes.
Our Team
You will be part of the ISBU Supply Planning organization, working closely with network planners, site planners, and operations teams across global manufacturing and supply chain hubs. The team partners cross-functionally to balance supply, demand, and inventory performance at an enterprise level.
What You Will Do
- Shape and maintain a constrained supply plan across assigned product families to support forecasted customer demand.
- Proactively identify supply and demand risks that could impact customer fulfillment, inventory health, or performance targets.
- Evaluate trade-offs and mitigation options, bringing clear insights to support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with network, site, and operations planners to ensure supply plans are aligned, achievable, and executable.
- Support monthly supply reviews and S&OP forums by summarizing plans, risks, and recommended actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning data quality and strengthen end-to-end supply planning processes.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Experience in strategic planning, supply planning, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of demand and supply planning processes across an end-to-end supply chain.
- Experience working with advanced supply planning tools or systems.
- Familiarity with Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP PP / MRP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced conversational English.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Degree concentration in supply chain management or a related field
- Experience with GSOP or S&OP processes
- APICS certification
- Strong analytical and visualization skills, including Power BI
- Confident communication and presentation skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
