Disciplinary Management

Performs workforce planning, creates / supports the budget planning.

Initiates hiring processes, selects applicants, and initiates working contracts.

Decides on promotions and negotiates / agrees on other contractual changes with employees.

Reacts on misbehaviour of employees with (written) warnings and consults with Human Resources on legal actions including terminations.
- Is responsible for the management time & attendance of employees.

Establishes performance reviews and conversations and decides on training measures.

Carries out salary and bonus planning.

3-5 years of professional experience in related area.
