Community Preschools is hiring a Virtual Instructional Coach & CLASS Observer to support early childhood teachers through virtual classroom observations, one-on-one coaching, and lesson plan review — all from home, without leaving your current job or relocating.
What You'll Do
- Conduct live virtual CLASS® observations for assigned classrooms
- Provide individualized coaching sessions after each observation
- Review lesson plans and give constructive feedback
- Offer ongoing support and instructional resources to teachers
- Collaborate with school leadership on teacher progress and coaching priorities
What You Need
- Active Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification (or another U.S. state certification)
- Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience
- Professional English proficiency
- Currently residing in Mexico
- Reliable internet connection for virtual observations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
