Project Assistant, IDEA (Entry Level) - Office with Flex - Mexico

This position is primarily responsible for the administrative aspects of a clinical trial in support of the Endpoint Adjudication and/or Data Monitoring Committee Project Manager.
What you will be doing
Assists the Project Manager with the development of project specific processes and Procedure Manual, as needed.
Establish and maintain project email box.
Communicates with the study team (i.e. sites, CRAs, Committee Members) as directed by the Project Manager.
Assists with project specific process/system training for study team (i.e. sites, CRAs, Committee Members), as directed by Project Manager.
Generates and distribute project reports as directed by Project Manager.
Assists Project Manager with generating agenda and meeting minutes as needed.
Maintains all aspects of project tracking (ie endpoints, site queries, documents) as directed by the Project Manager..
Facilitates document translation as necessary.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with various levels of study team for both internal and external departments, vendors, and committee members.
Organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
Documentation and communication skills
Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluent in written and verbal English
